Yes, all sweaters at Kashmir Kintsugi are second hand. However, you will hardly notice it - apart from the visible gold repairs. All sweaters have been washed (with organic wool detergent), brushed and steamed and look like new. Holes are visibly closed by the repair.

With so many different original manufacturers, sizes also vary. That's why we note both the size on the label (if available) and the actual sizes according to measurements, which you will find noted in each article.

The original brands take a back seat with Cashmere Kintsugi.
You may see traces of the manufacturer in the care label that we leave in the garment. SO you can be sure that it is 100% cashmere.
We only include cashmere clothing from high-quality manufacturers in our range. This means that the time-consuming repair is worthwhile.

Of course! If, for example, an item of clothing doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can send it back to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

No, gold (no matter how thin) would not be suitable as a thread for repairing cashmere. We use extremely high-quality, metallized yarn from the French company "Au ver de Soie" for our repairs.
